Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services, products, consultations, and digital offerings

provided by Coverage Clarity Consulting ("Consultant," "we," "us," or "our").

 

This includes, but is not limited

to, The Legacy Playbook Experience, The Legacy Planner, digital downloads, one-on-one strategy sessions, group or family sessions, and any additional current or future offerings.

None of the services or products offered should be considered legal or financial advice.

 

All guidance, materials, and recommendations are based on years of professional experience in the life insurance industry

and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Clients are encouraged to seek legal, tax,

and/or financial advice from licensed professionals as needed.

1. Scope of Services

Coverage Clarity Consulting offers educational and consulting services related to life insurance literacy,

legacy planning, and beneficiary preparation. All services are designed to help individuals and families better

understand their policies, organize essential documents, and prepare plans to reduce confusion and avoid

delays. We do not guarantee claim approvals, payouts, or policy outcomes.

2. Digital ProductsCoverage Clarity Consulting Terms and Conditions

All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable planners, templates, eBooks, and guides, are

delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or

unauthorized sharing of any digital materials is strictly prohibited.

3. One-on-One & Group Services

All scheduled sessions (whether individual, family, or group) must be booked in advance and are subject to

availability. Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and complete any requested prep work. These

sessions are structured for guidance, education, and personalized support, not for legal, tax, or estate advice.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a written payment plan is arranged.

- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

- For payment plans, installments must be made on time to avoid service interruption.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

- All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and are non-refundable.

- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled at the discretion of the

Consultant.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and the high-touch nature of our services, no refunds

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Attending sessions on time

- Completing requested documentation or prep work

- Communicating respectfully and professionally

- Taking personal responsibility for implementing the tools and recommendations provided

8. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information and documentation shared with Coverage Clarity

Consulting will remain confidential and used solely for the purposes of service delivery. Information will never

be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without written permission, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, documents, and materials provided by Coverage Clarity Consulting are the

intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without express

written consent.

10. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or products after

changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of any material

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

By purchasing any product or booking any service with Coverage Clarity Consulting, you acknowledge that

you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
