Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Coverage Clarity Consulting. To provide you with the highest level of service and ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking and cancellation policy below before confirming your consultation. Booking Policy Payment is required in full (or first installment, if applicable) to confirm your spot. Once payment is received, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your sessions and access any required forms or pre-session documents. All sessions must be scheduled within the 6-week program period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in a forfeited session, at the discretion of Coverage Clarity Consulting. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a reschedule or credit toward future services (no refunds). Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows will be considered a forfeited session. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and considered forfeited. By booking a service, you agree to this policy and understand that our time together is designed to be intentional, productive, and respectful of both our schedules.
